Can I change or cancel my order?

Sorry! We are unable to change or cancel orders as they're processed and dispatched by our warehouse immediately. If you ordered an item that you wish to return, you can request a refund via our returns page. Please follow the instructions in our Return Policy.

Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order is processed you will receive a confirmation email followed by a notification email to inform you that your item has been dispatched. In this email, you will find your tracking number.

I already placed my order but need to change my address

Please email info@bluescalingstore.com as soon as you realise you have entered the wrong address and our customer service team will assist you.

What is your return policy?

• We offer store credits only for full priced items if you change your mind. We do not provide refunds, however our store credits are valid for 12 months. 

• You have 14 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return. Please ensure that the item is unused and has all original packaging. 

• Items purchased with a discount code or during a promotional period are not eligible for return.

• Return shipping costs are to be paid by the customer and items must be returned to the bluescalingstore warehouse in Sydney, Australia.
