RETURN POLICY

• We offer store credits only for full priced items if you change your mind. We do not provide refunds, however our store credits are valid for 12 months.

• You have 14 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return. Please ensure that the item is unused and has all original packaging.

• Items purchased with a discount code or during a promotional period are not eligible for return.

• Return shipping costs are to be paid by the customer and items must be returned to the Lumeshade warehouse in Sydney, Australia.

• Follow the instructions and select the item you wish to return.

• You will get a confirmation email with the shipping details and guidelines.

• We don't offer exchanges.

Shipping costs to return an item are to be paid by the customer.

• Store credits will be issued to via email within 2 business days upon receipt at our warehouse.

• Please return your item to us with a tracking number as we are not responsible for items that go missing during transit.

• If you feel your item has manufacturing defects or is faulty, please email info@bluescalingstore.com within 7 days of purchasing with photos displaying the fault and we will resolve the situation for you.

• If a product is deemed faulty, we will adhere to the respective consumer protection laws of the region the purchase was made.
